The Rock Ridge Youth Hockey Association is built on two key pillars:
- Board of Directors (Board)
- Hockey Operations Committee (HOC)
The Board serves as the guiding force behind the organization, overseeing business operations and financial matters to keep everything running smoothly. Meanwhile, the Hockey Operations Committee is dedicated to shaping the hockey experience—from player development to the daily ins and outs of the game.
While the Board provides overall leadership, the HOC has the autonomy to make decisions about all things hockey, ensuring the best possible experience both on and off the ice. Together, these two branches work in harmony to create an exciting and well-organized hockey community!
