Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

No refunds unless we’re able to fill your spot with a team from the waiting list.

Taconite Showdown - Mini Mite
No refunds unless we’re able to fill your spot with a team from the waiting list.
Yeti Rumble - Mite
No refunds unless we’re able to fill your spot with a team from the waiting list.
Wolverine Classic Girls 12UA/B
No refunds unless we’re able to fill your spot with a team from the waiting list.
Frozen Battle - Jr. Gold/18U B

Up North Wolverine - Squirt B2

2025-26 Registration
RRYHA will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for the following circumstances: - Medical reasons - Relocation outside the community - Movement to a Varsity or Junior Varsity team All requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed by the RRYHA Board. Please note that refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated based on the timing and nature of the request. First-Year Players (Free Registration): If you registered under our “First-Year Plays Free” promotion and received equipment or other benefits, you must return those items in unused condition if withdrawing, or the cost will be invoiced. RRYHA Mini Mites
RRYHA will consider refunds of registration fees for 1) Medical reasons, 2) Transfer out of the community 3) Movement to Varsity or Junior Varsity. Refunds will be granted on a case-by-case basis.
